Therapeutic, light touch, and touch reintroduction. My body work is a deep grounded conversation between your muscles and my hands.  We work on areas that call for attention through tissue manipulation, stretching and additional therapeutic tools. 

Massage 

Enjoy a 30 minute soak in a salt water hot tub before your massage.  Allow yourself- body, mind and center to relax a little before your 60 minute bodywork session.

20 min Salt Soak &  60 min Massage

A regular massage session and a contribution to the community care fund.  These funds support community bodywork, discounted and no charge sessions.

Massage +Community Care

A 60 massage session at your home. Therapeutic, light touch, and touch reintroduction. While a deeper tissue may be appropriate, your session won't approach pain. Sessions are always guided by you and your body. 
* Client must be willing to keep a set of sheets at their home for sessions.  Antares Wellness will supply two sheets and a face cradle for sessions



Out Call 

Come for a soak! You will have the opportunity to shower and exfoliate before entering the hot tub and time for a 45 minute soak. I will even brew you a wonderful cup of hot tea or refreshing cold cup of sorrel, lemon and blue pea flower water. 

Soak - 45 minute soak

Enjoy a hot salt water soak in the presence of chickens and other winged garden friends.  You will have 10 minutes shower and exfoliate and then 30 minutes to  soak.  I will even brew you a wonderful cup of hot tea or refreshing cold cup of sorrel, lemon and blue pea flower water.

End of Life Care Consultation

Create, complete and share your death plan. Together we will cover your care wishes, needs, and wants as well as your after death preferences for disposition, memorial and redistribution of possessions.
